Refund Policy

At Sara Enterprises, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. While we currently only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, we are working to introduce PayPal soon. Below is our refund policy that applies to orders made with COD.

Refund Eligibility

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, but if something goes wrong, we are happy to assist with a refund. The following conditions apply:

• If your order is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• If we made an error with your order (wrong items delivered).
• If the item is out of stock and you have not been informed before the delivery date.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@saraenterprises.ca. Make sure to include the following information in your refund request:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue with your order
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect items, if applicable

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will assess the situation and notify you of the status of your request. If your refund is approved, you will receive it in the following manner:

• For COD orders: Your refund will be processed via store credit or bank transfer, depending on the circumstances.
• For future PayPal orders: Refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that some items may not be eligible for a refund, including:

• Opened food items or perishable goods.
• Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is approved. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
